A few days ago we FINALLY were able to get the stroller out and take a little walk to the park. This was Jack’s first walk outside! After months and months of being cooped up indoors, it was such a release-freeing and wonderful and so so precious. Happy Spring everyone! xoxo

We went to the Palomino for brunch, Anodyne for coffee and went for a little drive to see Lake Michigan frozen over. We had a wonderful day! We miss you already Kelly! Jack seems to be looking around the house for you. Peek a boo! Come back soon! xoxo

14 months. Now it’s really starting to fly by. How is he 14 months already!!?? He is napping now, allowing me to squeeze this post in. I took most of these pictures this morning. He turned into a little turkey after his morning nap. He has been screaming a lot. He screams for everything he wants. I hope its just a phase or that he learns more words soon because boy oh boy it hurts my head. He has been teething this week too so that could be part of the problem. Other than that, he is the cutest little nugget ever. This month he is really loving books. Dont let the Pigeon drive the Bus, Now I am Big, and Sparkly Day, are a few of his favorites and I’ve read them at least 100 times each already. He sits for 5 or 10 minutes now on the sofa to watch cartoons and really loves playing chase-me-around-the-house-and-play-hide-and-seek. He’s managed to throw a few things into the toilet, he started brushing his teeth, he plays kitchen with little pots and spoons and he loves watching the school buses come and go across the street. Happy 14 months sweetheart! I love you. xoxo

Happy valentines day! We have been sick over here, taking turns since the new year started. Add this to freezing temperatures alternating with snowfall and you have a few people with cabin fever. What a severe winter it’s been, for the whole country! But today we wake up and find ourselves feeling just fine. For the most part. Finally. We are going to have a big breakfast together and then Grandma B is coming over to hang out with Jack so mama and dada can go out on a little lunch date. Love, love, love today everyone. Remember that it’s the little things, the thought that counts, to kiss and to hug, to say thank you and i love you. Not just today, try everyday. Happy Valentines day everyone. xoxo

Remember last years post:too much.
